High Season: from 3rd July to 28th August.
Mid Season: from 27th March to 3rd july, from 28th August to 25th September, from 18th December to 10th January 2011.
Low Season: from 9th January to 27th March, from 25th September to 18th December.

To be paid on the spot:
• Gas and heating: according to consumption in the months from October to April, included in the above mentioned prices for the rest of the year;
• Upon arrival a security deposit of 150,00 Euro must be paid, in cash. This deposit will be refunded minus any costs or damage. The tenant must maintain the present conditions of the rental property and assume responsibility for all damage or loss;
• Baby cradle: 30,00 Euro per week;
• Additional bed: 100,00 Euro per week;
• Washing machine: 6,00 Euro (max 2 per week);
• Domestic animals: 30,00 Euro per week;

Cancellation Policy:
In case of cancellation the following charges will apply:
- Up to 60 days of arrival date - 30% of total cost
- 60-30 calendar days prior to arrival date - 60% of total cost
- 30 calendar days or less prior to arrival date -100% of total cost .

* In Low Season it is possible to arrange stays of less than a week, minimum stay 2 nights.
