High Season:
from 30th june to 1 September
Mid Season:
from 24th March to 30 june, from 1st september to 29th September, from 22th December to 06th January 2013.
Low Season:
from 6th January to 24th March, from 29th September to 22th December.

To be paid on the spot:
• Gas and heating: according to consumption in the months from October to April, included in the above mentioned prices for the rest of the year;
• Upon arrival a security deposit of 150,00 Euro must be paid, in cash. This deposit will be refunded minus any costs or damage. The tenant must maintain the present conditions of the rental property and assume responsibility for all damage or loss;
• Baby cradle: 30,00 Euro per week;
• Additional bed: 100,00 Euro per week;
• Washing machine: 6,00 Euro (max 2 per week);
• Domestic animals: 30,00 Euro per week;

Cancellation Policy:
In case of cancellation the following charges will apply:
- Up to 60 days of arrival date - 30% of total cost
- 60-30 calendar days prior to arrival date - 60% of total cost
- 30 calendar days or less prior to arrival date -100% of total cost .
