As from the 1st Jan. 2012 will levy an accomodation tax euro 1,00 per person per night for a maximum of 6 consecutive nights, just for person up 16 years age.

To be paid on the spot:
• Gas
and heating: according to consumption in the months from October to
April, included in the above mentioned prices for the rest of the
year;
• Upon arrival a security deposit of 150,00 Euro must
be paid, in cash. This deposit will be refunded minus any costs or
damage. The tenant must maintain the present conditions of the rental
property and assume responsibility for all damage or loss;

Baby cradle: 30,00 Euro per week;
• Additional bed: 100,00

• Washing machine: 6,00 Euro (max 2 per
week);
• Domestic animals: 30,00 Euro per week;

Cancellation Policy:
In case of
cancellation the following charges will apply:
- Up to 60
days of arrival date - 30% of total cost
- 60-30 calendar
days prior to arrival date - 60% of total cost
- 30 calendar
days or less prior to arrival date -100% of total cost .
